"NO BREAKFAST."
(Tα the Editor.) Sir, —My attention has been drawn to a book with the above name, which I read and am satisfied, after a trial, that much good will result from an observance of its teaching. There is no doubt that many of the ills which humanity suffer from are caused by over-eating. I know of several people who have observed only two meals a day for some years,- and they certainly look and feel better than those who eat three or in some five times a day. I firmly believe that if the many who suffer from indigestion, biliousness, etc., would try the two meals a day for, say, one week, they would find they were healthier and happier, and would never go bade to the old custom of three or more meals a day.—l am, etc., A. G. WHEELER. New North Road.
