SWEDISH ARMAMENTS.
INCREASED FBOM SPECIAL TAT ON WEAITHT PEOPLE. .(Eeceiyed 10 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, January 18. The King of Sweden, in opening the Riksdag, announced the Government's intention of increasing the armaments by means of a special tax to be levied on the larger fortunes and higher incomes.
