LORDS IN DANGER.
THREATENED ÜBEBAL ATTACK BEGINS NEXT SESSION. LONDON, January IT. During the forthcoming session the Government will introduce proposals for reconstructing the House of Lords, eaid Mt. Herbert Samuel (Postmaeter-Gen-eral), who was-speaking at Eston last night. The scheme will involve eliminating altogether the hereditary peers and rendering the second chamber representative of the opinion of the country.
