A CAMPAIGN IN PARIS. ("Sydney Stra" Special Service.) PARIS, July 28. The French police have begun a campaign against the house fly. Half a milJion leaflets with instructions for tho protection of food and the methods of attacking the breeding rer.tro. of the insects have been distributed in the Paris schools. The streets of the city have bmi placarded v.ith highly coloured and extremely graphic illustrations of the fact that flies live upon dirt and propagate disease.
