HAGUE CONFERENCES.
WO A3SHHBLY THIS YEAR. ("Sydney San" Special Service.) LOKDON, ,July 23. In reply to a question in the House of Commons to-day, as to whether any steps had been taken to assemble the third Peace Conference at The Hague, Sir Edward Grey (Foreign Secretary) stated that the Powers were 3.1 present preoccupid with urgent questions, and he doubted whether anything could be done in the matter.
