RACING LIBEL COSTS.
AH APPEAL TO THE COTTBT. LONDON, July 26. Tiie "Winning Post" to-day made an application to Mr Justice Darling for the Court to reconsider the question of the rosts in the action brought against the proprietor, Robert Sievier, by Richard YYootton, the ex-Australian horse trainer. Mr Marshall Hall, K.C., stated that certain jurymen had written to his solicitors dissenting from Mr Justice Darling's action. Mr Justice Darling now declined to open thos? letters and refused the application. b;it stated that the defendants were f.t liberty to nppeal.
