It was decided, that the minimum examination qualification allowed by the Act. that of grade "2 of the City and (iullds of London Instrtute. should bt , approved. The Board io obtaining information, regarding the standard ot plumbing examinations in Sydney and .Melbourne. The Board also considered the need for grunting permits and of requiring registered plumbers to notify changes oJ address within 14 days.
