SUGAR TRUST APPEAL.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) •WEI—INGTON, this day. The Sugar Trust case is proceeding in the Appeal Court, Sir John Findlay supporting his submission that the result of the business relations between the Sugar Company and the "ring" was contrary to public interest.
