SCUTARK'S KEYS.
PRESENTED TO KING NICHOLAS PLENTY OF AMMUNITION LEFT CETINJE, April 29. Prince Danilo has returned to Cetinje from Scutari. He presented King Nicholas with the key of the city in the presence of an enthusiastic crowd. The authorities are restoring order in Scutari. The sanitary conditions are good. Disease is not prevalent, but civilians suffered greatly from lack of food, many children dying in the streets during the later stages of the siege. When Essad Pasha surrendered Scutari there was still three weeks' ammunition and provisions. Prince Danilo, on entering Scutari, was received with enthusiasm. His greeting of Essad Pasha on the transfer of the keys of the city was most cordial. Essad, before his departure, urged Albanians to be loyal to Montenegro.
