PLOT AGAINST THE KAISER
ON VISIT TO KARLSRUHE. (Received 10.20 a.m.) BERLIN, April 29. The Chief of Police received a warning from abroad that it was intended to attempt the life of the Kaiser at Karlsruhe. The police at Karlsruhe were informed, but no importance was attached to the incident. The fact that the Kaiser motored to Karlsruhe instead of travelling by train was ascribed to the fine weather.
