WAXHX. The supplementary roll for the Borough of Wnlhl closed on Wednesday with. 408 names, making a total iof 2,468. Tbe main roll used last year was that of 11)11, and since then it has been purged of scores of absentee residents, and only ratepayers and , those who have reapplied on residential qualifications have been included ou the roll this year, beuee no real comparison can be made in regard to number of names on roll used at the last election.
