MEDDLING WITH THE WEATHER.
BUREAU CHIEF DISMISSED. NEW YORK, April 17. President Wilson has summarily dismissed Mr W. L. Moore, chief of the Weather Bureau. Grave charges of irregularities in the office are made against Mr Moore, and the Department of Justice is conducting an investigation. Mr Moore denies the charges.
