BELGIAN STRIKE.
NON-STRIKERS ATTACKED. t FIFTEEN ARRESTS MADE. BRUSSELS, April 17. It is estimated that 270,000 men are idle in Belgium.
Fifteen arrests have been made as the result of an attack on workers who refuse to strike.
Owing to a. shortage of dock workers at Antwerp many ships are delayed.
Large consignments of German and English coal have reached Mons, an important manufacturing town 38 miles from Brussels.
