BOMB IN BANK OF ENGLAND.
(Received 1.50 p.m.) LONDON, April 14. The police discovered inside the railings of the Bank of England a bomb timed to explode at midnight. It contained 3oz -of gunpowder, some metal, and also some hairpins.
