KICKING-HORSE PASS.
GREAT TUNNEL PROJECT. LONDON, April 8. It is understood that the CanadianPacific Railway Company has decided to construct a second tunnel through the famous Kicking-Horse Pass in the Rocky Mountains. The boring will be 16 miles long, and will take seven years to complete, at the enormous cost of £3,000,000, and will reduce the track distance by only five miles.
