AUSTRIA'S ULTIMATUM
SIEGE OF SCUTARI MUST BE ABANDONED. (Received 2.15 p.m.) VIENNA, April 1. The Austrian squadron at Ahtivari has sent an ultimatum to the Montenegrin General-in-Chief, General Martinoviteh, to abandon the siege of Scutari within twenty-four hours.
