(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) THE SHEARERS' CONFERENCE. WELLINGTON, this day. The Shearers' Conference considered the question of learners their eraployment. It was generally agreed that the association did not wish to put any obstacle in the way of learners, but that the matter was not' one which it could deal with. A motion that remits concerning learners be struck out was carried, Messrs. Kerr and Townsend dissenting. '
