ACCEPTED BY "WALKER PAGE, EDITOR OF "WORLD'S WORK." (Received 10.20 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 31. Mr. Walker Page, editor of "The World's Work," has accepted the post of Ambassador of the United States to England, rendered vacant by the death of Mr. Whitelaw Reid.
