IBy TelegTaTm.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAHEI, this day. Regarding the flooding of the irikurangi mine. Mr Tnttley (mine managpr) reports that at noon to-day the water had been reduced by 41ft 2in. The pumps are still making reasonable progress towards emptying the shaft. To-morrow morning Messrs Alison (acting-managing director) and Hawkins (director) visit Hilcrrrangi to review the position at the mine.
