In view of the rapid rise which is taking place in the value of land in the Taupuo district a number of Auckland gentlemen are securing a large block of freehold property, and there is an opening for several more investors to join in the undertaking in sums of £200 upwards. The price at phich the estate is being secured ie exceptionally low, and it is estimated that the property will be turned over within the next few months at a profit of over 100 per cent on the amount invested.
