THE RAILWAY STRIKE.
HOME OFFICE INQUIRY. MAGISTRATES IN PROTEST. (Received 10.20 aju.) LONDON. December 23. The Newcastle Magistrates protested at the unusual tribunal chosen in the Home Office to investigate the case of Driver Enox. under which a Magistrate of equal standing to themselves investigated the ease. They declare that the Home Office Commissioner displayed more of advocate than of magistrate.
