OLD LADY'S DEATH.
" I " T _ j An inquest was held yesterday afternoon before the City Coroner (Mr T jGresham) on the body of Mrs Margaret Hill, a widow aged 80 years, who was ; downward in a dry gutter in Glenfern • Road, Eirkenhend. on Saturday arternoon. I Charles Frederick Levesque deposed to ' i having discovered the body lying face .'downward in a dry gutter" in Guenfern . Road at 3.45 on Saturday afternoon. • i Dr. Mickle, who was called to attend • deceased, stated that death had taken , ! place about half an hour before his .: arrival. He attributed the fatality to j shock following an accidental fall. A 'I witness who had known deceased well _, stated that she was very short-sighted. The jury returned a verdict in accordance with the medical testimony. t
