'BUSKS AND TRAMS AT DEVONPORT. (To the Editor J Sir, —I write a few lines at the suggestion of a number of girl friends who go to town every day with mc, amd therefore know all about the doubtful pleasure of riding in t_e 'buses on a fine day, and the absolute misery of travelling on a wet one. We thought that, perhaps, if the "young and active members" knew of our sufferings they might do something to alleviate them.—l am, etc., A GIRL PAjSSENGER.
