FKEKCH COHJES'S PROFITS. (Beceived 9.40 ajn.) PARIS, December 18. A coiner named Passaret passed 15,350 counterfeit five-franc pieces at of £SCO. He used purer silver than that used in the genuine coins. He was sentenced ?o three years, with the benefit of the First Offenders' Act.
