AXCIEN'T OKDEB. OF FOEBSTEHS. TSae annml meeting of Court Pride of Onehunga, A.0.F., was held last night In the Foresters' Theatre. Bro. Leo Suiheriand, CJL, presided. A very satisfactory report was read by Bro. J. Shaidnck, P.D.C.R. It stated that the total cost of the new theatre, including furniture, extra land, engine, and extras was about £3,t00. The revenue from the new theatre had been quite up to 'expectations, and the future was full of promise. Another pleasing item was the receipt of £144 from the recent art tenion, after paying all expenses. A special vote of tlhanks was accorded to Bro. Shaldrirk. secretary, and the committee for their cervices m carrying through the art union to such a successful Issue, and it was further unanimously decided that a suitable memento should be made to Mrs J. bnaldriek as an expression of the Court's appreciation of Mr ShaWrick's good work In this Birection. The following otficers were installed: —C.S , Bro. W. Cooper,; S.C.K., Bro. C. H. Ansell; S.W., Bro. J. Eaw; J.W., Bhx A. Colledge; -5.8., Bro. A. Uoldsbury; J. 8., Bra. W. Pritehard; delegates to district meeting, Bros. JL. Sutherland, W. Cooper, and Kent, PJD.C-8., It was decided to enter a team of Foresters in the forthcoming tug-of-war to be held in Onetonnga in January nail. The team belonging to the Court i≤ known as the "Onebunga Die Hards," and has never been beaten In friendly societies' contests. The lightest man in the team weighs 16 stone. ASSISTANT MASTERS' ASSOCIATION. The anrmnl meeting of the above AssodaCon was held in the Masonic Hall, Newlon, an Saturday evening. The report disclosed a very successful and interesting year's work, while the balance-sheet showed the finances of the Association to be in a highly satisfactory state. The election of officers for 1913 | resulted:—President, Mr D. Mclnness; ricepresidents, Messrs B Green and H. Wooller; committee, Messrs Eugerley, (_;. Jones, WeT)ater; secretary and treasurer. Mr R. C. Moore, MS. Eden School; auditor, Mr R. Campbell (re-elected). Ttro members, Messrs D. Dunlop and F. H. Brown, being promoted to positions as neadmasters. have ■withdrawn from the Association, while the late secretary and treasurer, Mr F. R. JWllson, has resigned from the profession. STUDENTS' CONCERT. The pupils of the Misses Probert gave their annual concert in St. David's Hall, and conrriouttd an excellent programme, the plajing generally reflecting great credit on the teachers. The items were: Piano trio, Mi«ses I. and \l. Butler and D. Walters; piano duet, Misses G. Eowan and M. Avery, Hisses V. and A. Claxfc, Master S. Hutchinson and A. Coutts. Miss W. and Master Barker, Misses H. Shove and I. Burr; vocal solos;. Masters G. Ross and C. Bntrican; piano solos. Master Harry Nelson. Ivy BuUtir. Kossie Harvey.
