EMMTNATION PROPOSED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONTJON, August 21. The Miners' Federation has given notice of a resolution for discussion at the forthcoming trade union con<ress in Newport, to eliminate secular education from the future programme- ' Die movers are convinced that secularism is. seriously endangering trade unionism in Lancashire, Yorkshire, and Scotland.
