MUTINOUS McNAMARA.
LOS ANGELES DYNAMITER. SAN FRANCISCO, Jnly 22. Sullen and mutmoas, Junes MoNainara, one of the two brothers now undergoing long sentences for that awful dynamite outrage by which, the offices of the Los Angeles "Times" were wrecked, and more than 20 lives sacrificed, is proving one of the most 'troublesome prisoners in. the San Queittiu. Penitentiary. Xot at any time since he entered the prison has his conduct been good. The other day he rebelled against doing , a turn on the jute mill. On another occasion he refused to Hue up with the other prisoners, and was rushed, off to one of the solitary cells. JVlcNamara is now in "what is known as the incorrigible ward, shut up alone in 4 cell, and there ihe will ihave to stay until he makes up his mind to behave decently. It is believed that he is endeavouring to lay the foundation of a plea of insanity, "but if this is so," remarked one of the warders to-day, "he is a bad actor." The brother, John MoNmrtara, is a good prisoner, and is not giving the gaol officials any trouble.
