A HINT TO THE STATES.
ST. PETERSBURG. April 27.
The maiden speech of M. Sazanow (Russian Ministor for Foreign Affairs) cordially aflirmed the alliance with France and the entente with (Jreat Brita.in and (Jermany. He also bore testimany to the good effects of the AngloRussian agreement in Persia. In referring to the United States, M. Sazanow declared that Russia would not tolerate any interference with her internal affairs.
