TRAMWAYMEX'S DECISIOX. IX THE HAXTJS OP FEDERATIOX. On further inquiry it was ascertained that this morning's meeting of tramway men was absolutely unanimous in its decision to plsce the union entirely in the hands of the Federation of Labour. There was s large attendance, and the meeting wag addressed t>v Messrs Webb and Psrry, of the Federation executive.
