TAFT OR ROOSEVELT?
NEW YORK, March 6. In the course of a statement concerning the Presidential nominations, Mr. Stimson. Secretary for War, formerly a great friend of ex-President Roosevelt, declares himself a supporter of President Taft for the new term of Presidency. Mr. Stimson expresses a belief that the Taft Administration represents the highest expression of progressive Republican policy.
