AUCKLAND KWLING ASSOCIATION DOMIIrfOSC ASSOCIATION- SCHEME SUPPORTED. A meeting of the Auckland Provincial Bowling Association was held, in the 'Chamber of Commerce last evening, the! chair being occupied by the vice-presi-dent (Mr E. A. Craig) m the avoidable j 'absence of the president. ! Correspondence was read from the Northern Bowling Association, the 'Christehurch Centre, and the New Zealand Bowling Association toothing the formation of a Dominion Association, and on the motion of the chairman the following resolution Was cat lied unanimously:—'That it *e an rastrnction to our Executive Committee to> assist, the Northern Bowling and New Zealand Bowling Associations in bringing about j the amalgamation of all bowfcrs throughout the Dominion, troder a 'Dominion association." In response to an inquiry from the fouth Auckland Association it was decided to reply that the Auckland A«so eiation wonld very heartily join in with the idea of an inter-association match, 'and would aoeord a warm Welcome to the visitors.
