(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this. day. The Navy League Conference opened to-dav. Mr. Wilford, M.P., presiding. A Timaru remit was carried, affirming that a New Zealand branch of the Royal naval reserve is necessary, and should be established.
