WAIKATO HUNT CLUB. RACES AT CAMBRIDGE. (By Teiegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CAMBRIDGE, Saturday. The Waikato Hunt Club races wore held to-ilay. The attendance was /ntr. hut nothing like former years. The weather was line, but a cold wind was blowing. Results: Hunt Hurdles, two miles.—Dunrobin 10.1 (Windsor), 1; Dingle's Golborne, 11.9 (owner), 2. Also started: Sabine, Hairera, and Number Seven. Sabine led, closely attended by Golborne, till near home, when Dunrobin came with a rush. Sabine got accidentally bumped, or he would have been second. Ilauera fell at the last hurdle, and his jockey. Brown, got his shoulder dislocated. Time, 3.531. Maiden Welter.—Harmon's Belle Crispin, 0.7 (P. Brady). 1; Malcolm's Lion D'or, 9.2, 2; Dalgleish's Robin Hood, 9.2, 3. Only the three started. They were bunched together at the half-distance, when Belle Crispin gradually drew away, and eventually won by a couple of lengths. Time, 1.52}. Hunt Club Steeplechase, about three miles and a-half.—.T. Delaney's WeCfoot, 10.S (H. Dingle), 1; F. Higglnson's Harkaway, 10.0 (A. Swuyne), 2; F. Dodds' The Friar, 10.8 (owner), 3. All started. It was a grand race, the field, jumping faultlessly. Harkaway hold a slight lend for two-thirds of the distance, when . Wcbfoot, which had been in close attendance, joined him. and a ding-dong race honie ensued, Wcbfoot staying the longest, and winning by three lengths. An Revolr and Cervin did not finish. Time, 9.-17. Ladies' Bracelet, one and a-half miles.— Blue Mountain, 11.10 (A. Bollard), 1; Romantic, 11.4 (J. McFarlane), 2; Hauera, 10.12 (A. Swayne), 3. Romantic led to the straight, where Blue Mountain came with a wet sail and won by a length. Time, 1.47. Bardonvie Handicap, five furlongs.—Oarmonsway's Weka, 9.5, 1; R. McMikcn's Blue Mount (D. Wilson), 2; Rawaria's Lea fire, 9.0 (Jennings), 3. Crlsplneer and Report also started. After a close and exciting race, Weka won by a nose. Time, 1.7}.' Maiden Steeplechase, about two and ahalf miles.—Only on e finished, .T. Williamson's Hautcro. Also started: Don, Lady of the Lake, Sabine, and Dividend. Three ran off at the second lenee, leaving Sabine leading, but he ran off at the same fence the next round. Don and Hautere were fighting out an interesting race, when the former fell hulf-a-mile from home, leaving llautere to finish by himself.
