JAPANESE THREATEN TO 'QUIT. NEW YORK, September 5. The J-a.pa.nese Press is rather hitter over tho Dillingham Bill now before the United States Congress, providing for the exclusion of the Japanese. It is asserted by the Japanese newspapers that if the exclusion law passes Congress tho .Japanese in the Hawaiian Islands, numbering fully SO,OOO, wall deBert the plantations and -eturn to Japan. The -work of creating an anti-American feeling in Japan will then, according to the Japanese papers, he entered upon.
