the torreqn massacre. (Received 8 a.m.) , SAN FRANCISCO, September 10. Woo Chung Yen, a noted Chinese diplomat, has arrived at San Francisco. Ho •will hold ail investigation into the Mexican atrocities, including the shooting of Chinese a± Torreon last May. Compensation Ims 'bora demanded. During tfie progress of the recent revolt in Mexico the insurrectos attacked a number of CSnese, and killed 225 of them. The affair assumed an international aspect, Spaniards and Germans also being killed. In addition to this many Chinese have been killed while being -smuggled across the border from Mexico into the United States, it being reported that they were set adrift in small boats and left to drown in heavy seas when revenue cutters hove in sight.
