(Received 10.5 a.m.) MOMBASA, Soptember 10. Great indignation exists at tho Colonial Office ordering the deportation of Mir. Galbraith Cole, upon the Warrant, charging him with exciting racial enmity in the Colony. Two months ago the Hon. Galbraith Lowry Colt: was acquitted at Mombasa of shooting and killing a native named Sionga, ,suspected of sheep-stealing ».l 'Nakura, British. East Africa.
