(3y Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. Wretched weather has been experienced for the training camp of th* Fourth Regiment, but frost last nighi betokens finer weather, which will be greatly appreciated. The men are undei canvas, and good work is being done by the Citizens' Committee to make conditions for the Territorials as pleasant as possible. The Waipa County Council decided not to take further action re applying foi authority for the construction of a railway from Ngaruawahia to the Te Afcatea coal mine pending further le«aj advice.
