TWENTY LIVES LOST. TOWN IN RUINS. '(deceived 1 pjn.) MEXICO CITY, June 13. Heavr rains in Chihuahua, a province of Northern Mexico, wa3bed away a portion of the town of Santa Eulalia, near the capital of the province, Chihuahua City. It is reported that twenty people have been drowned.
