AN ULSTER I SOCIETY.
(To the lMitor.) 6__ —I would like to inquire through your columns as bo whether there is in existence in Auckland an Ulster Society. If such a society does exist, I should like to know its whereabouts. If, however, no such society exists, 1 would like to hear ex pressioiis of opinion from other Ulstermeil residing in Auckland and vicinity as to the advisability of forming one. Thens must be numbers of immigrants arriving from the province of Ulster in this country every year, who in many cases are absolutely friendless. An Ulster Society or club would act as a common ralljing -ground, where these new chums could came in contact with "old-timers," to the mutual gratifi-! cation of both parties.—l am, etc, ' UL&TERiIAN.
