SUDDEN DEATH.
FOUND DEAD IN A WHARE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WAIHI, this day. Mr. James Muir, aged 50, foreman of the Ohinemuri County Council, died suddenly in a whare at Karangahake last evening, it appears several empty bottles were found 'by a constable in the whare, and a strong smell of methylated spirits was also observed. A post-mor-tem examination of the body has been ordered.
