WAIHI WARDEN'S COtFRT. . (By Telegraph.—Own Correspo____t.) WAIHI, this day. In the Warden's Court to-day the following applications were granted:-—Waihi Extended Co., for reduction (two men for six months) for Pride Extended, also for reduction (ten men six months) for the Walhi Extended, and for 12 mo_ths' extension of time for four special sites. The receiver of gold revenue proceeded against Ernest Alckln (Auckland) representative for Walhl Eldorado, for rent due £18 4/9. Judgment was given for -the amount due with costs, and forfeiture of claim was declared.
