BANK REOPENS TO-DAY.
TEN SHILLINGS IN THE POUND. LONDON, June 10. A number of banks have offered to pay half the Birkbeck Bank's current and deposit accounts.
LONDON, Jnne 11. The Bank of England has advanced the necessary moneys to the Birkbeck Bank, which reopens to-morrow, and will pay 10/ in the £.
