A HIGHWAYMAN CYCLIST.
CONFESSES TO BRUTAL MURDER. (Received 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, June 9. George Douglas Hay, who, riding a bicycle, overtook a motor cyclist named Saul Splitter, on the road from St. Albans to Barnet, and, after demanding money, which was refused, fired five shots from anralver, causing injuries which ended faiolly, has confessed.
