BURIAL RIGHTS REFUSED.
TO EX-PREMIER OF FRANCE. SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE. (Received 10.50 a.m.) PARIS.. June 9. The Archbishop of Paris refused a Catholic burial to M. Rouvier, ex-Premier of France, who died on Tuesday, owing to his action in separating the Church from the State.
