A WRONGFUL ACCUSATION.
PARIS, June 9. It has been ascertained that tbe accusation of a Paris employer against a 13----year old lad, of theft, which led to the boy drowning his employer's baby in :i bucket of water and mutilating an older ciiiid, was a wrongful one.
