RECIPROCITY BILL.
WASHINGTON, June 9. All the amendments to the Reciprocity Bill, except Senator Root's, as to printing paper, have been rejected by the Senate Finance Committee by narrow majorities. The bill will be reported to the Senate probably on Tuesday. Opinion inclines to the belief that Canada will not take any objection to Senator Root's amendment, as the printing paper schedule is not a material part of the agreement.
