PLEASANT IMPRESSIONS.
KAISER'S ENGLISH VISIT. BERLIN, June 8. The Kaiser and Kaiserin are visiting Neustrelitz, capital of the Grand Duchy |of Mecklenburg-Strelitz. The Kaiser, in responding to the toast 'of his health at a State banquet, turned to the Dowager Grand Duchess of Meck-lenburg-Strelitz (the late Queen Victoria's first cousin), and remarked that he felt bound to mention the pleasant impressions he had of his recent visit to London, and of the kindness of King George and Queen Mary. "King George's speech. Ln welcoming us." the Kaiser added, "made with great warmth special reference to the relations of friendship, and the close connection between our two houses."
