MEXICAN REVOLT.
ANTT-MADHRO CONSPIRACY. IN LOWER CALIFORNIA. LIBERATOR IN THE CAPITAL. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 2 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 8. General Francisco Madero, the Liberator of Mexico, was entuhsiastically greeted in Mexico City. Speaking to a huge crowd, he declared that the spirit of liberty would not be satisfied until the reign of democracy was complete throughout the whole American Continent. United States Secret Service men arrested at El Paso, Texas, four members of the revolutionary forces operating in Lower California, a portion of Mexico, and seized a large supply of arms and ammunition. A widespread anti-Madero movement is declared to have been discovered in Lower California.
