BIG RAILWAY SMASH.
I-OTJB TRAINS FILED UP. SEVEN MEN KILLED. (Received 10.50 a.m.) NEW YORK, June 8. jt Fairfield, Connecticut, the most disastrous freight train wreck in the history of the .Yew'haven railway line occurred to-day. Four trains were piled on top of each other, and of the officials aboard, five were tilled and seven injured, two of the latter so seriously that there is no hope of their recovery.
