SALISBURY AND THE VETO.
WOL VOTE AGAINST IT. LONDON, June 6. The Marquis of Salisbury, speaking at Eggesford, Devonshire, yesterday, said:— "Unless the Veto Bill is so amended as to remove all its objectionabfe features— and all its features are objectionable—l shall certainly vote against the third reading."
